By signing up for or participating in any campaign ("gig") hosted by CRWDWORK INC.
("CRWD", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("you", "worker", or "participant") agree to be bound by
the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If
you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in any CRWD activity
1. Genuine and Honest Participation
All reviews, actions, or submissions you provide must reflect your authentic, unbiased
opinion and actual experience. Misleading, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews that do not
represent your real experience are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account
termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal recourse.
2. Truthful Information
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at all times. Any false or
misleading information (including name, address, purchase verification, or identity) will
result in an immediate and permanent ban from the CRWD platform.
3. Refund and Purchase Completion Policy
If you are funded by CRWD to purchase a product or participate in a campaign, you must
complete the action (e.g., purchase) within 24 hours of receiving the funds. Failure to do so
authorizes CRWD to reclaim the funds via the PayPal Dispute Center or other appropriate
method.
4. One Account Policy
Each participant may only operate one CRWD account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will
be permanently banned and all associated funds forfeited.
5. Payouts
Payments for completed gigs are typically processed within 48 hours, but may take up to 30
days depending on campaign requirements and verification processes. CRWD reserves the
right to withhold or delay payments for suspected fraud, policy violations, or incomplete
tasks.
6. No Order Cancellations
Once you’ve received funds and placed a campaign-related order, cancellations or refund
requests are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to cancel an order or request a refund after
CRWD has sent funds will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of funds
through legal or financial channels.
7. No Direct Client Contact
Workers may not contact CRWD’s clients or brand partners under any circumstance.
Violating this policy will result in account termination and may result in legal action for
interference or breach of contract.
8. Platform Behavior
Any abusive behavior, harassment, exploitation, or misuse of the platform or its community
will not be tolerated. CRWD reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant at its
sole discretion.
9. Campaign-Specific Terms
Some campaigns may include additional instructions, disclosures, or eligibility criteria. By
participating, you agree to comply with all campaign-specific rules in addition to these
general Terms and Conditions.
10. Taxes and Income Reporting
You are solely responsible for reporting any payments you receive from CRWD as income in
accordance with your local laws and regulations. CRWD may issue IRS Form 1099-NEC or
equivalent tax forms if legally required
11. Limitation of Liability
CRWD is not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage (whether financial,
physical, or otherwise) incurred as a result of participating in any gig, campaign, or activity
associated with the platform. This includes but is not limited to: purchasing or testing
products, traveling to events or public spaces, interacting with third-party platforms (e.g.,
Amazon, TikTok, social media), and delays in payments or changes to campaign terms. You
participate at your own risk. CRWD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not
be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages under any theory of law
12. Termination and Enforcement
CRWD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any gig or user account at any
time without notice for any reason. Violation of any of these terms may result in account
termination, forfeiture of current and future payments, legal claims or financial recovery,
and reporting to applicable authorities.
13. Changes to Terms
CRWD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in gigs
after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
